this is very nice to have if you are planning on using a pelican style case to either travel with equipment or just using it as a suit case, very easy to set the combo and and seems to be solidly built. i probably wouldn't use these if i was actually traveling with a firearm as it would permit access with out my presses but out side of that these are nice at keeping your case closed.

I like them. They fit my cases. I would buy them again at the right price. They've held up so far and I don't see any issues with them right now. Give them a try!

I use these to lock a portable storage case, and they work great, and keep it very secure. It will work on any storage case that would take a padlock. It is easy to use and the shackle is thick. Someone would have a hard time cutting these off.

Great locks but one of them wasnt a 0000 set password. For how expensive they are youd think they would double check these.. kind of sucks. Besides that theyre good

I have been unable to get the lock to unlock despite following the directions. I have tried multiple times resetting it and restarting the steps but have still had no luck. This specific lock could be defective but I would still not recommend purchasing this.

I gave these 5 stars because the shank is long enough to lock my Pelican Vault 525 carry-on case. Others I tried were not long enough. Note that the others were long enough for the other Pelican case I have but the Vault series is apparently thicker here.
