The pills are large but easy to swallow. The ingredients look to be good quality and no added fillers or unnecessary ingredients listed. The ingredients are actually really smart, since liposomal vitamin C is fat soluble and you need dietary fat to help it absorb, so I assume, that the medium chain triglycerides and sunflower lecithin are added for absorption. I’m not sure the color in the capsule is necessary though, and I would prefer one without added color, even though I don’t see any color as an ingredient on the label, so not sure how that color is achieved.

These vitamin c supplements have helped me tremendously I get sick a whole lot less and also these vitamins help my skin look so much better since I've been taking them and they're easy to digest ....I would highly recommend buying these pills because they have many health benefits
