I tried it because it was such a good price and it shipped faster than my usual brand when I needed it. I think it worked well and I would buy it again. It seemed to do the job and I felt it worked for my immune support needs, I think it helped me have more energy and I didn’t have any problems with side effects when taken with food. The pills are large but easy to swallow. The ingredients look to be good quality and no added fillers or unnecessary ingredients listed. The ingredients are actually really smart, since liposomal vitamin C is fat soluble and you need dietary fat to help it absorb, so I assume, that the medium chain triglycerides and sunflower lecithin are added for absorption. I’m not sure the color in the capsule is necessary though, and I would prefer one without added color, even though I don’t see any color as an ingredient on the label, so not sure how that color is achieved.

Easy to swallow, little to no aftertaste as well as easy on the stomach while feeling it’s reducing joint pain. I appreciate that it’s soy-free using lecithin instead- good value for the money.
