My first ever roll of filament and it couldn't have been better! I'm new to 3d printing and was given an old, janky, filthy ender 3 from a friend - bought this Elegoo PLA Plus based on the reviews and it has been perfect, the whole spool and not one failed print! Good bed adhesion, on both the glass and PEI plates (I upgraded). Very good layer adhesion, I was surprised at how strong my parts were. Easy enough to remove from the bed once cooled. No stringing, no weird smells, good final finish on the parts, comes vaccum packed so no moisture issues, easy to reccomend. I have just ordered another 2kg.

For the price (especially discounted) this is a very good filament, its strong, sticks to a cool plate without fail, doesn't warp, produces a nice wall layer finish on models where finish is important requiring minimum sanding and filling. The reels are tangle free and feed without issue on a hi speed printer.

This black pla is actually really poor. It struggles with bed adhesion and is constantly get stuck on the spool. It is not wound properly. I've had about 10 failed prints just off this one spool due to tangles. Really unhappy. It's a shame because I purchased the white at the same time and no such problems with that roll. Since leaving the above review, I was contacted by customer service and they have been very accommodating and resolving the issues. They took my feedback and sent it back to the manufacturer and sent a replacement spool to retest. Hoping for better results now :) By the way, the white pla prints and look superb.

Prints really well, doesn't seem to absorb much water, super clean shiny prints.

Really pleased. Tested with a Boaty with my bambu A1 and printed great with generic PLA setting. For price you can get much better. Seems strong and haven’t had any tangling yet. Slight stringing but nothing a hair dryer didn’t handle quickly.

ELEGOO PLA+ nutze ich auf einem Anycubic i3 Mega regelmäßig für funktionale Teile und allgemeine Drucke. Die Materialqualität ist durchgehend stabil. Der Durchmesser ist gleichmäßig, wodurch der Druck ohne Extrusionsprobleme oder Unterbrechungen läuft. Kein Zusetzen der Düse, kein unruhiger Materialfluss. Im Druckbild zeigt sich das Filament sauber: Layer wirken gleichmäßig, Details kommen gut raus und die Oberfläche bleibt reproduzierbar glatt. Bei passenden Einstellungen (das hängt halt etwas vom Drucker ab) tritt nur wenig oder kein Stringing auf, Warping ist kaum ein Thema, solange das Bett korrekt vorbereitet ist. Im Vergleich zu Standard-PLA ist das Material fester. Gedruckte Teile brechen nicht so leicht und eignen sich dadurch besser für mechanische Anwendungen statt nur optische Modelle. Die Wicklung der Spule ist sauber, dadurch kein Verkanten oder Springen beim Abrollen, auch bei längeren Druckjobs. Die Lieferung erfolgt in einem Vakuumbeutel mit Trocknungsmittel. Kurz gesagt, ich kann es empfehlen.

Ho usato questo filamento della ELEGOO con la mia Anycubic i3 Mega S per realizzare diversi oggetti che ho progettato personalmente. I risultati delle varie stampe sono stati sempre perfetti, non ho mai riscontrato difetti o problemi di qualunque tipo. A questo prezzo è assolutamente un ottimo affare! 🟢 PRO - La bobina arriva in un sacchetto di plastica sigillato e sottovuoto, all'interno di una confezione di cartone. Questo garantisce al filamento un'ottima protezione da umidità e polvere. - Il filamento è perfettamente avvolto nella bobina, pertanto non si avranno problemi di grovigli durante le fasi di stampa (come avviene con prodotti economici e di bassa qualità). - Colore nero lucido, perfetto per stampare qualsiasi tipo di oggetto. - Il PLA+ da 1.75mm garantisce minor deformazione e minor ritiro rispetto ad un PLA normale, inoltre ha una maggiore resistenza meccanica all'urto e alla trazione. - Le stampe hanno una finitura superficiale liscia senza problemi di delaminazione tra i vari strati. - Stampe perfette anche a basse temperature, gia con 205°C di estrusore e 60° nel piatto si ottengono ottimi risultati, senza alcun tipo di problema di adesione o deformazioni di stampa. - Nessuna difficoltà nella lavorazione dopo la stampa, togliere piccole sbavature o i vari supporti creati dalla stampante non è affatto difficile. - Il prezzo è veramente ottimo considerando che si hanno a disposizione più di 300 metri di filo in PLA+. 🔴 CONTRO Non ho riscontrato nessun difetto o problema con questo filamento. 🔵 CONSIGLI Sconsiglio di stampare al chiuso o comunque in una stanza senza possibilità di aerazione. Durante le fasi di stampa 3D il filamento produce un odore di plastica bruciata, niente di preoccupante e perfettamente in linea con altri tipi di PLA che ho provato. Il problema è facilmente risolvibile aprendo una finestra durante l'uso della stampante 3D.

Decidí comprar este carrete de filamento PLA+ de ELEGOO principalmente para probar una marca diferente a la que venía utilizando habitualmente, y la verdad es que la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. Me ha convencido por completo desde las primeras impresiones. El filamento viene muy bien empaquetado y enrollado, sin enredos ni solapamientos en la bobina. En cuanto a la impresión, fluye de forma muy constante y fluida. La tolerancia dimensional que indica el fabricante (+/- 0.02 mm) se nota en la práctica: no he tenido problemas de atascos en el extrusor ni fluctuaciones en el flujo de capa. Al ser PLA+, ofrece un punto extra de resistencia mecánica y adherencia entre capas en comparación con el PLA estándar, dejando un acabado en negro uniforme, limpio y con muy buenas terminaciones. Lo mejor: Gran flujo y constancia: Cero atascos y excelente adherencia entre capas y a la cama. Calidad de acabado: El color negro queda uniforme y con un acabado impecable. Bobinado limpio: Viene perfectamente presentado, evitando enredos durante impresiones largas. Buena alternativa: Una opción fantástica si buscas cambiar de marca manteniendo (o mejorando) la calidad a buen precio. A tener en cuenta: Como con cualquier PLA+, conviene ajustar ligeramente la temperatura de impresión respecto al PLA normal (suele requerir un par de grados más para sacar su máximo rendimiento). Conclusión: Muy satisfecho con la prueba. Ha cumplido con creces las expectativas y sin duda pasará a ser una de mis opciones habituales de filamento. Totalmente recomendable.

Was direkt auffällt, ist die sehr konstante Qualität. Der Durchmesser ist extrem gleichmäßig (±0,02 mm), wodurch das Filament sauber und ohne Probleme durchläuft. Keine Verstopfungen, kein Ruckeln – einfach plug & print. Auch die Druckergebnisse sind richtig stark: Saubere Layer ohne sichtbare Fehler Sehr gute Haftung auf dem Druckbett Kaum Stringing oder Warping Glatte, hochwertige Oberfläche Besonders positiv ist die verbesserte Stabilität gegenüber normalem PLA. Das PLA+ ist deutlich robuster und weniger spröde, wodurch die gedruckten Teile stabiler und langlebiger sind – perfekt für funktionale Teile und nicht nur für Deko. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Die Spule ist sauber gewickelt, was Verheddern verhindert. Das merkt man vor allem bei längeren Drucken – einfach zuverlässig ohne böse Überraschungen. Auch die Verpackung ist top: vakuumiert geliefert, dadurch keine Feuchtigkeit im Material und direkt einsatzbereit. Kein Blubbern, keine Qualitätsverluste. Ich nutze das Filament für alles mögliche: Funktionsteile Halterungen Figuren & Deko Prototypen Und egal was ich drucke – die Erfolgsquote ist extrem hoch. Fazit: Wer ein zuverlässiges, einfach zu druckendes und gleichzeitig stabiles PLA+ Filament sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
