These pillows are an in between pillow. Not too hard. Not too soft. They are large and fluff very well! Hold up very good!

Bought for extra pillows for guests, HOWEVER… they are on our bed! Son loved them so much I bought him a set for his home!

I ran in to an ad online that people were claiming these pillows were amazing. So i headed to amazon and looked them up because they had a very high rating. I purchased 4 and they were scheduled to arrive next week but got them yesterday! Let me tell you, these pillows are freaking amazing! I can see why people are loving them. They are super soft and comfortable, like resting your head on a cloud. So far i love them and will most likely purchase more.

1st shipment never arrived- and when I finally received them, they aren't firm at all.. very soft, typical 'hotel' pillows... not too upset as they will work for what I need but prefer a more firmer pillow.

Soft, yet has some firmness, solid value….if you need four, order eight, you’ll be happy to have some spares for company

I stayed at a local Sheraton hotel last week and their pillows were so soft and comfortable. I pulled the pillows out of the pillow case to check the brand and make and it was labeled Downlite Hospitality. I searched Amazon and found these Downlite pillows 4 for $60. I wasn't sure if this was the same pillows as the description did not show as Hospitality. When they arrived I was relieved to see that they were the exact same pillows.These pillows are so soft yet they have just the right amount of support. No more waking up with a stiff neck. They are a great set of pillows.You won't be disappointed.

These pillows are not what I thought, seemed soft but gave me headaches instead.

Not too bad as far as comfort. Pillows could maybe be a bit bigger.

I stayed in a hotel a few months ago where I had the most fabulous sleep so I asked where they got their pillow from. They said Downlite pillows so I decided to order a 4 pack at a cost of £ 206 expecting the ame quality. The pillows that I received as soon as you lay in the middle, your head sinks almost to the mattress even though they look plumped up on the bed, my partner was also bitterly disappointed with the quality of sleep

My husband is always on the hunt for pillows. For years. We stayed at a Best Western and I had to do some research on where they got their pillows. I'm not sure if they are exact, but oh my goodness...they are like sleeping on clouds. Love them!

For the money, these pillows are nothing special. After use, they become very soft, although they fluff up nicely. Definitely will not buy these again.
