I like to buy these here. Same dose but cheaper than what I find at Walmart or other stores. Best deal for what it is.

I started taking one of these a night along with 3mg of melatonin to help me sleep through the night. I was waking up at 3 or 4am every night and unable to get back to sleep. The fun perimenopause sleep issues - waking up with anxiety and my brain full of what I need to get done this week at work.This combo has been great and I’m finally able to sleep the whole night. If I have more time to sleep and feel like I could use 10 hours, I take 2 of these and sleep well.

Easy to swallow, and I can feel the result of calm. Great to take about 30 minutes before bed.

So far I’ve been taking it for three days and I must say I already feel a difference. I haven’t had any side effects so far but like I said I’ve only been using it for three days. It works for me but at the same time I’m highly sensitive to meds/vitamins. I feel calm, relaxed and no longer anxious. It safer, cheaper, effective and makes you feel calm. For the price, it doesn’t hurt to try it.

I struggle with constant racing thoughts and anxiety like something always about to happen. I took this before bed and the next day I was nice and calm. Excited to see after a few weeks but so far it's amazing.

I have purchased this L-Theanine three times.I just finished my last bottle and opened this today. It looks like the product is tainted. Maybe it’s not but I am not going to chance opening the seal or take any to be safe.Unfortunately the return window has closed.I hope no one else has had the same issue.
