I have to use this due to having cancer. I love the fact that it's not a hard stream of water, which only causes an already sore area to feel even more pain. The bottom of the seat collapses for easy storage behind or next to the toilet or under the sink, so it's easily accessible. There's vent holes in the back of the seat to make it easy to dispose of the used water, without risking any spillage. For anyone considering purchasing something like this, it's price and user friendly, this is the way to go.
