I recently purchased these silicone freezer cubes and they have completely changed my food prep and storage. I was looking for a better way to freeze sauces, baby food, and single-serving portions of meals, and these cubes are absolutely perfect. Durable & Quality: Right away, you can feel the high quality of the material. They are incredibly durable and feel like they will last for years without tearing or losing their shape. The silicone is thick and sturdy, not flimsy like some other brands I've tried. Size & Storage Capacity: The size of each cube is fantastic for portion control. Each tray has a generous storage capacity, allowing me to freeze a good amount of food in one go. The individual portions are ideal for quick meals or adding a specific amount of stock to a recipe without having to thaw a giant block. Ease of Removal: This is, without a doubt, the best feature. These things are really useful. It's easy to get things out after they've frozen into the molds. I've used other ice cube trays that only had the flexible material on part of the bottom, and they were a lot harder to work with. These hold their structure around the furthest edges, but the entire mold part is the flexible squishy silicone, so you can just shove whatever you froze in there right out. The only problem is that I use them so much that they're always dirty. They run just fine in the dishwasher; I just don't run my dishwasher enough (that's a me problem; these things are great). Having a 2 tablespoon cutoff is really convenient for a lot of stuff. I've frozen egg whites, and blocks of shredded cheese so that I have individual servings. There's a mark at the one tablespoon mark which is really helpful too. The cover also helps them not get squished in the freezer. I probably want to buy more sometime soon.

I love to cook and try to eat healthy but live alone and have a busy schedule that sometimes causes me to reach for convenience foods. Souper cubes have been a game changer for me! They are stackable and take up minimal space, convenient, and easy to use and clean. Popping the frozen cubes out and putting them in baggies saves so much freezer space because the cubes fit together perfectly and don’t require additional containers. Taking one or more cubes out to thaw is a breeze. These have taken my food prep to a whole new level. I love these and highly recommend!

I am in LOVE! This year, I am growing a BUNCH of garlic and fully intend on making garlic compound butter and garlic oil. With the help of the 2 tablespoon molds make it for great garlic oil tabs, blended garlic tabs, or garlic compound butter tabs without having to take out too much. I would love to prepare and freeze cookies sometime! It makes whatever you have prepared easy to throw in the skillet, pot of soup, cup, or baking skeet. Great for meal prepping, easy to use and clean. It fits in great into my freezer without taking up too much room. The silicone makes it easy to pop all of the squares out. It wears up well - whether in the deep freezer or in the dishwasher.

Perfect for freezing fresh herbs with a bit of olive oil, or condiments that you rarely use but come in a larger package. I’ve used it for the excellent Tom Yum soup paste I bought here; for the Better than Bullion Lobster Base that comes in a large jar but I only use for making lobster bisque sometimes; even tomato paste when you open a can but don’t need it all. Yes, there are less expensive silicone freezer molds. But the Souper Cubes are of excellent quality and the metal reinforcement really helps. I have the larger size as well and get so much use out of them, they’ve been worth every penny. Tip for removal: I have severe nerve and muscle damage in my hands and fingertips so opening anything can be a real battle. When I first fill the cubes (whether this size or the larger ones), I place a layer of parchment paper over it before I put the lid on. This makes it so much easier to open after it’s frozen. Oh and these clean up so easily!

The quality on these is soo great. The inner metal ring inside the silicone along the rim of the product was the reason I purchased. So it’s easy to hold and transport and actually get the food out! I plan to use this for baby led weaning and then for freezing herbs, broth, garlic paste, etc once we are done with the baby stage! The lids are top notch. I do think these were worth the money.

I give these 5 stars because they really do work well for most things, I own these as well as the 2 cup size I use for freezing homemade soup and sauces. That said they failed as ice cube trays. I know they aren’t sold as ice cube trays but I figured since my 2 cup trays work so well these would probably be good for ice cubes. My freezer doesn’t smell bad, I keep fresh baking soda in it and wash the trays weekly. With all that the ice cubes come out tasting just awful and the trays have a weird chemical smell, that my 2 cup ones don’t have, even after weeks of use and cleaning. Baking soda doesn’t work and even baking the smell out like I do with my silicone ziplock bags doesn’t work.

Such a simple yet useful thing to store pastes, purées, leftover coconut milk etc etc. saves me from having lots of stuff go off

Meine 3. Größe der Souper cubes. Auch die hier ist prima und eine gute Qualität. Sie passt in die Spülmaschine. Ich habe bisher Ketchup und Joghurt-Bites darin gemacht.

Love all the souper cubes. They have revolutionised my meal prep and access to much better and more nutritional options when I don’t have much time during the week. They have also saved a lot of food waste as it’s so easy to pop leftovers straight into the freezer after a meal (once cooled). I’d definitely recommend them.
