I just checked my supply---the boxes each contain 7 pairs or 14 total. It says you're supposed to dispose of them after a couple if uses, but I find that they stay clean for a few weeks or more. i discard them when they start to look dirty. If you wash your hands before putting the earplugs in, and don't have particularly waxy ears, a box could last you several months.

Will these drown out the sound of my neighbor's leaf blower when I have a migraine?

Probably not, if it's your next-door neighbor. Maybe if it's your neighbor down the street. They will reduce the noise but not eliminate it. If it's really loud noise they won't put a dent in it.

Are they good at keeping water out when swimming?

I have not tried them swimming, but they are very good earplugs to block out snoring:)

are these pairs individually wrapper?

Each earplug is wrapped in cotton, and they all sit together in the box. Best earplugs ever.
