This worked for me. It actually whitened my teeth at least 4 shades. The gel is thick and doesn’t distribute evenly. I had to press downward for my lower teeth and upward for my upper so the gel would spread. That’s my only complaint. It was a bit tricky to get consistent results. The first half felt slow in terms of seeing the whitening. On day 6 and on is when I saw it building each day. I had very low sensitivity to this. I use a tooth paste for sensitivity and I believe that helped along the way. At some point I’m going to do a second round.

Love love love these. I’ve bought them like 4 times off Amazon already. Yes definitely expensive but they also give amazing results. I prefer them over crest strips personally. The taste isn’t bad at all if you get it in your mouth, the gel is definitely not my thing but I just brush as fast as I can when I take them out to get it out so it’s not that bad.

Have fairly crooked teeth, a small over bite - these were literally the worst and most difficult product i have ever used. I neglected to use them within the return window bc they were highly recommended by my dentist of all people. When i finally did use them i realized the product just didn’t work as intended for my teeth. I used the toothpaste before (even though that was only for sensitivity per the instructions). I placed the upper mouth piece carefully on my teeth and firmly bite and sucked for two seconds as instructed and the white didn’t suction as depicted - it didn’t suction AT ALL, the white film wasnt even fold, the gel hadn’t even moved. I figured id just suck on it until it WAS stuck. They NEVER stuck, they wilted a little but lifting off my teeth. I even tried a second one and it just wasn’t working. The second time the white paper was folding in on itself bc i kept trying to take off the green part and the white film wasn't even fold coming off with it so i place it back on and could see it was folding behind my teeth. This was honestly such a mess and was waste of my money. These are cheap. Its disappointing i want my money back

This is probably the best at-home teeth whitening kit you can get in terms of effectiveness. It really works if you follow the instructions to the tee. I removed two stars because they don’t keep well if you try to piecemeal each whitening tray. I usually have fairly white teeth as it is, but like to do one a day, for just a couple of days, to boost my teeth whiteness - then I save the rest for later, until I’ve used up all 10 in the box. When doing it this way, eventually, the inner white tray ends up sticking more to the outer green tray - so the white tray will not actually *stay* on your teeth when you remove the green tray. And when that happens after you’ve put it in your mouth, the white tray falls apart & yields a goopy mess (and a waste of money). So just beware, follow the instructions to the letter, and then don’t piecemeal them so you can actually get to use all 10 trays.

I saw on some YouTube videos that this product was recommended by several dentists and orthodontists. I tried it and then saw how quick and effective it worked. My gum became a little sensitive after 9 days so I spaced a few days between application and it was much better. After 6 months, the whitening effect is still there. I would like to do it again to make them even whiter.

I was looking for teeth whitening that was cheap yet effective and this is it. At less than 10$ a treatment (on sale) and 10 treatments its honestly a steal. I would say 2-3 of them got me to have white teeth and paired with regular brushing I am able to maintain that white rather well. I had to give a few away to my gf and friends just cause I couldn't believe it so I'll have to buy another otherwise I could see this lasting me years.

Turns out every toothpaste and whitening product I have used is entirely unimpressive and has zero lasting effects. This on the other hand kind of shocked me at it's intensity. Yes--it is painful sometimes, so make sure the trays are in place precisely and coating your teeth instead of your gums. It might cost $120 but honestly, just buy it when you can afford it.Having white teeth is just honestly such a confidence boost and I don't have to be shy with smile because of my teeth. I can't put a price on that. If your job or social life or dating life depends on you being professional--just go with this 100%
