Nice fit and finish. Feels good in your hands. Packaged nicely in a blow molded case.
As a retired machinist/mechanic I’ve used precision measuring tools all my life. The benchmark instruments were made by Lufkin, Starret, and Mitotuyo. Unfortunately those are priced out of the range for a home hobbyist. I wanted an economical set to use in my engine building hobby. I think these will fit the bill. The quality looks good and they feel good in the hand. Accuracy seemed right on when I checked them with known standards. They come in a nice blow molded case although I’m not a fan of the molded hinge. I’d rather have an actual hinge. But that aside I think these were an excellent value and will serve the needs of anyone. Professional or hobbyist.

Great product
Calibrated my bore gauge with an old matco digital mic, it was .002 off, measuring a std bore for silvolite pistons, was saying the bore was to small on a 180k mile engine, so I ordered this everything made sence once again, should have started with this, I could have screwed something up with this other mic...

There's a learning curve, but I trust it more than any digital calipers.
It measures to 1,000th of an inch, and seems accurate for my application. The price is fair. Maybe it could be easier to read, but I don't know how that could be done. So all in all, it's a good tool. At least I don't have to worry about batteries!

Nice tool for the money
For the price I an very impressed. The case is nice and the fact that it comes with a 3" gauge to verify and set the accuracy is a feature often not seen at this price point.

Good basic micrometer
Honestly, because it was so inexpensive I was not expecting much but I was delighted to find that it was actually a quality instrument. No instructions but given that its a standard, old school design, it wasnt a big problem. It would have been helpful had they included instructions for zeroing it.

Good for money
Seem to be accurate. Etched also which is nice. The one inch mike was a little hard to use at first, but it seemed to break in after screwing it in and out a few times. Left a few marks on the shaft. Otherwise work well

Of the imports these are the best
As a tool maker I was looking for some shop grade mics and found these. The standards are accurate. The mics meet the listed specs. Anvils are lapped nicely. Finish is great and they all work smoothly.
