The document contains comprehensive descriptions on how to prepare cocktail garnishes.What I received is not a good quality book. Certainly not worth I have paid for it.It is a copy of a book printed by an amateur on A4 paper and bound together under a flimsy cover of dreadful quality. It is not a book.I am so outraged by the quality that I am sending this item back!

Wide variety of cocktail garnishes seperated into different areas. I couldn't see anything as detailed for this niche category. Enjoyable read.

The book is well organized and well written. It has excellent photos that add quality to the book.

Un libro sicuramente unico nel suo genere, dedicato agli addetti ai lavori (barman e baristi) che hanno intenzione di presentare dei drink che facciano colpo a livello visivo sulla clientela. Sono presenti molte foto. La lingua è l Inglese.Unica pecca a mio avviso è il formato del libro, con i suoi, ad occhio, 30 x 20 cm, è molto voluminoso e mal si adatta all' intento di una collezione o libreria. In ogni caso vivamente consigliato !

I got interested in this subject and was glad to find a good source for simple instructions to help me practice the craft.

I purchased the Kindle version and found the photos and text flow excellent. The content and coverage of garnish techniques are impressive by any standard. I was very happy with my purchase. The care and detail taken in this book is noteworthy. Few books have inspired me to reach out and compliment the author. This book is one.

Some other cocktail books have nicer pictures but you can’t beat the quality of the step by step instructions in this book! My husband loves it!
