I have been taking these for well over a year and let me tell you they work for me! If you enjoy an occasional ( or more often) cocktail these will keep your liver healthy! All of my labs are normal after taking these and I have had zero side effects. For me they go down easy and I don't think they smell bad at all. Even after a night at a party or indulging too much I always wake up feeling great. You have to be faithful about taking them in the am and pm- I just keep at my bedside so I don't forget. Give them a try if you want to keep your liver healthy!

Based on my latest blood panels, it appears to have helped drop my liver enzyme levels a bit, so it could be working. I only take 3 capsules/daily, even though I think you can take up to 6 (possibly more). I haven't had any negative side effects from it so far. One possible positive side effect, since I have been taking this for over 6 months now, is that it seems to have helped with my seasonal allergies. Mine are worst in the late summer/fall when ragweed tends to be at it's highest where I am at, but I did not have to take allergy medication, and was not having any allergic attacks. It could be that the weeds were relatively low last summer/fall here, but not to the point where I would have NO allergic reactions. There is milk thistle in this product, and I have been tested before and confirmed that I have a ragweed allergy (again, pretty severe in the late summer/fall), and it is advised if you do have this allergy not to take Liverite Liver Aid. However, I have been taking it with no allergic side effects, and it may in fact be a low enough dose that I could be building up a tolerance to ragweed? Who knows.

I have reasons for my liver ALT/AST to be elevated. Using this though, my liver numbers have been DOWN when I expected them to be up. I believe this is the main reason for that.

My husband likes this product and says it is just like advertised so he wanted me to reorder. I reordered and decided to order the two pack 150 capsules (Total 300). The order came quickly and was packed very well but I only received one 150 capsules bottle. I contacted the seller and told them the problem, They contacted me and told me they would send the second bottle. They responded quickly to fix the problem. As I said before this is a good product according to my husband. He said he felt like he had more energy since he had been taking it every day. We are both in our 70's and it is good to find a product that works as advertised. .
