Does this machine have double mixing paddles?

I don't know, first bread machine for me but apparently it's one of the best and i have to be honest it's great! great bread and great pizza dough

Can you take the paddles out before baking?

Yes. After the first rise and knock down. Push dough to one side and remove paddles. Dough will continue to second rise and bake.

I lost my recipe book for this machine, can I receive a pdf one for recipes up to 1.5 kg loaf size?

Yes.My recipe book, the one that came in the box was in french language and i had to search online , for the english version.
