Anyone has used it to make Kombucha?

I use it to continuous brew kombucha. I've been using it for about 9 months and I love it.

Can you reach your hand inside to clean it?

Yes, the opening at the top is easily large enough to reach inside.

Is there anywhere to buy a replacement stand?
