MAXUS Digital Milligram Scale, 50g x 0.001g, 50g Calibration Weight

Very good reloading scale. Came with calibration weights but I tested several smaller weights I have and it hit all of them perfectly.

The product is as described. Zero’s well, and does what it says. My only issue is that it will not go to one final weight and stay there. It moves back and forth a few hundredths of a grain, depending upon air movement and other factors. You have to learn how to read it’s final result after using it a while.

For me, sometimes the amount of 1 capsule it too much. So I use this to measure smaller amounts of herbs and it work great. Exactly as described. You can also plug it into the wall outlet.

Be advised: product arrived dangerously miscalibrated. I'll keep this short because I'm not here to vent, but to warn. The product came with a 50 gram calibration weight, and after placing the weighing boat on the scale and taring it, as instructed, the measurement of a 50.00g weight was 53.940g. that's a margin of error of nearly 8%. And I did double check the included weight with calibrated centigram scale, it came out to 50.04g. Which means this product, or at least this particular unit of it, is unfit to even measure entire gram quantities, much less the decagram and centigram quantities people purchase these instruments to verify. Also, this is a 30 dollar scale that lacks even a rudimentary method of manually calibrating its own tolerances, which means that if the product is set up incorrectly by the manufacturer, it arrives defective, not just inaccurate. In this day and age, you can purchase an entire microcomputer for 30 dollars (such as the ADV cardputer), so why can't I adjust the tolerances of this simple weight sensor? A dangerous and faulty product. I hope no one uses it to measure anything important.

Easy to use

Very good scale. It's pretty accurate, I use it to measure powders such as nootropics! I use it like 3 times a week and it's been doing me good and still has over half its battery and it's been like a year or something! I do recommend it, I've measured as low as 10mg to as high as a couple grams since I am dealing with pure powders! You should always check its accuracy with the 50g weight if dealing with low mg especially because if it's off then you should recalibrate it for maximum accuracy

This scale worked fine for me. Time will tell but as of now I have used it for hundreds of reloads with no problem. it works within the specifications it is advertised at and I verify powder charges with an RCBS beam scale frequently. Sensitivity is good, responding to slow additions of the trickler. Updates are not instantaneous, but not bad. This scale will stay on if you are running your reload process actively but will turn off after a few minutes otherwise. The display is backlit and easily readable. The powder Trickler is cheap but works ok. It is handy to have it mounted right next to the scale. The powder tray is cheapo but ok. I prefer my metal RCBS tray but it is a tight fit if the Trickler is attached. The plastic tray was staticky but resolved by washing with dishwashing liquid/water and letting dry without rinsing. Overall for the price I would buy again and happy to save the bucks for other accessories.

Scales worked fine for a few days then started to drift when weighing. Scales left to get to ambient temperature but still started to drift. Returned.

C’est outil a été fonctionnel pour environ deux heures d’utilisation. Je m’en suis servi pour recharger des balles de carabine. La deuxième fois la balance n’était plus juste et j’ai failli endommager mon arme à feu et me blesser. C’est non conseiller de l’utiliser pour le rechargement.
