Would you suggest buying something else if I'm not using an airbrush or would this come out okay with regular brushes?

Many people have great success using ProAiir Hybrid with hand brushing and sponging. The makeup is thinner than other types of makeup but it can and is being done successfully.

Is this paint for face/body painting with and airbrush gun?

Yes, this is airbrush paint and can only be used with an airbrush gun.

Can this be applied for eye shadow?

I personally wouldn't use or recommend this as eyeshadow. Its a formula that lasts a couple days on the skin, applied via airbrush.

How many 1oz bottles will I need to get to do a full body like exactly head to toe

That depends entirely on the size of the body. Many adult bodies can be covered with 2-4 ounces of ProAiir. Key is to not apply too heavily as that may cause the makeup to crack.
