Brooks Women’s Adrenaline GTS 23 Supportive Running Shoe

I wear an 8 1/2 Narrow, purchased a 9 Narrow. What a great shoe. I wear an 8 1/2 Narrow which is incredibly difficult to find and when I do, they don't always fit. I ordered this in 8 1/2 N and 9N, ended up keeping the 9N so I would have room for socks. This is a wonderful shoe - As soon as I put them on I didn't want to take them off. The shoe is narrow as I hoped for, so that my foot doesn't fall out or slip out, my foot doesn't slide around. Yet it's not too snug, plenty of room in the toe box. Well cushioned these are extremely comfortable shoes. When you see the shoe, the heel area that extends outside the width of the shoe might look odd, but it looks fine when on and the heel is extremely comfortable. Fabric in the front and toes is perforated to keep them cool. My dog loves to walk in the wet grass but my shoes don't seem to get wet at all. These are my favorite shoes ever. My own concern is with the lace ups. Narrow shoe strings, small eyelets mean it is difficult to alter the fit using the shoelaces. If you have a wider foot, you can leave them the way they come. With my narrow foot I know I'm going to need to tighten them up. I notice the shoe is loosening up a little (after one week) and so I will have to tighten the laces to get a fit, I can see this will be a little tricky given the way the eyelets and shoelaces are setup. Hopefully I will be able to get the fit I need.

Brooks are by far my favorite shoes! I am on my feet all day and they are breathable as well and many choices to choose from the soles are nice and supportive making these so comfortable and the best shoes! The quality is great too!

This feature is distinctly effective, a distinction I haven't encountered in other brands. I first noticed these shoes in a doctor's office, worn by a nurse. Their eye-catching, creative design, which her son refers to as "confetti shoes," initially drew my attention. However, their appeal goes beyond aesthetics. The nurse shared that these shoes enable her to stand comfortably for 12 hours, a testament to their superior orthopedic support.

I bought these shoes for work and for running, since i’m on my feet a lot for work and i want to have a comfortable supportive shoe. I’m very pleased with the traction, support, and durability. I’ve had these for about six or seven months and they’ve held up very well. They’ve gotten dirty since they’re a light color, but I expected that. Typically I’m a size 8.5, but for these I bought a size 9 and they fit perfectly. I like that the guide rails in the arches keep my foot and ankle even, preventing the uneven wear of my shoes since i have very high arches and tend to put more pressure on the outsides of my feet.

I bought these April 18 2025. It is now Nov 16 2025. I work in the hospital where my job is made up of nonstop walking for most of my shift. These shoes started off comfortable. Nice && airy feeling, perfect size, a bit of an arch support. However around August, the cushion was mostly flat. Around the end of September, the 1st hole was formed. October, my feet is killing me from the flatness && you can see my sock. To now, I hate having to wear them. Overall, the shoes lasted longer than I expected. Definitely longer than other shoes I’ve tried. Recommend it if you don’t walk as much as me. I easily hit 8k+ a shift

I’ve been using the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 for a week, and I really like them. The colors look nice—fun but not too crazy—so I can wear them running or just around town. The shoes feel solid and good quality. They were comfortable right away, and I haven’t gotten any blisters even after longer runs. They give great support, especially around my arches and heels, which helps keep my feet stable. They’re easy to put on and take off, and the fit is just right—not too tight or loose. For the price, I think they’re a really good deal. If you want comfy, supportive shoes that last, these are a great choice.

I have had many pairs of the Adrenaline GTS shoes, this 23 is just as supportive. I wear a D width and these are always comfortable and help you to feel really supported while still being cushiony. They react well to many sports and look good too. They are a great choice if you need support but still want a shoe that isn't too tight or restrictive. The one thing that I would change about these shoes is the laces. When I would buy a pair of the Ghosts or these, they always had the more puffy running laces that were different and cool looking. They now have flat (much cheaper feeling) laces that add nothing to the shoes. I took an old pair of laces off of an older ghost 12 and they are more colorful and better looking. See pic with the new gray laces and the old one that I added to show the difference... I think that they should go back to the better laces for their great shoes !!

Received order today which was perfect because it was my first day of nursing clinicals. I was worried because I have very flat, wide feet and plantar fasciitis. Most shoes either rub the inner (non existent) arch and give me blisters or cause my plantar fasciitis to flare up and I’m miserable barely able to walk. I took a chance and wore them today. I’m happy to report that I have zero foot pain after almost an entire day standing and walking around the hospital. I did not have to break these in, I only wore around the house while getting ready before heading to clinicals. The arch support/guardrails felt great, my feet got used to it pretty quickly. My first time wearing stability shoes, I wish I found them sooner! Wide toe box but not too wide. I ordered my size according to the size chart which put me at .5 size larger than I normally buy but they fit perfectly! So far I feel like this shoe is the answer to all of my foot problems! I hope it remains that way.

Questo modello è purtroppo duro per camminare a lungo ,mi fa male ai piedi ( non ho ne calli ne altri problemi). Le scarpe non sono come mi aspettavo, avendo gia provato a lungo un altro modello di brooks con cui mi sono trovata benissimo.

La calzata è molto comoda, le uso per camminare, non saprei dire per la corsa. Scarpa leggera adatta per la primavera ed estate, bello anche il colore. Avendo già acquistato scarpe Brooks ho ordinato il numero giusto (per me è un numero e mezzo in più). Spedizione rapida
