As someone who is very familiar with supplements and herbs over the last 15 to 20 years, I can tell you, L arginine is a regular staple in our household. My husband and I take it daily and not only does it give us energy, but it also keeps you feeling very light in your movements, , especially in your legs and just an overall great feeling, I can’t explain it.. Quick story my 82 year old mother came to live with us a year and a half ago and she was not in good health. As a matter of fact, she could barely walk.. She was malnourished, nutrient deficient, and lead a very secondary lifestyle. She was on six different medications which did nothing but made her feel worse. Two blood pressure medications., a statin a prescription that caused her to have Alzheimer’s symptoms, which is really upsetting because she does not have Alzheimer’s so think about that for a minute and then a few other medications. I took her to the doctor after she moved in to reevaluate things and her blood pressure was extremely high, even though she’s on two blood pressure medicines they chalked it up to her age. Hmmmm, you can be healthy at 82 if you put in the effort.. so I was on a quest to get my mother, healthy and active again. The doctor said she needed to be on all of these the medications for the rest of her life. Needless to say we changed doctors, went to a holistic doctor with nurse practitioners that will give you medication if needed.. we slowly weened her off in a months time off all of her medication. She no longer has Alzheimer’s like symptoms as a matter of fact, she is sharp as a tack. Her blood pressure is completely normal on a daily basis as we have an at home blood pressure monitor. . She takes supplements and herbal teas. We swear by L arginine, her legs used to be heavy filling and painful, not any more. The L arginine gets your circulation moving and your blood flowing. We also take 20 mg of boron a day by Nutricost. Boron takes away all of the stiffness and arthritis pain! Boron is a trace mineral our body needs. Most all of our supplements are by the Now brand. A few of the supplements that we take daily are. Vitamin B 100 now brand., vitamin C, vitamin D3 and K2, NAC Now brand, omega-3 fish oil, Magnesium, melatonin 20 mg at night,, trace minerals, amino acids, Lemon balm herb, Rhodiola, lithium orotate by Kal brand, Zinc, quercetin for allergies, . B12 as we are now both Vegans, Multivitamins, caffeine by Nutricost, we go to the YMCA 3 to 4 times a week and need a little caffeine boost sometimes ha ha. We also drink lots of smoothies and juice, fresh fruits, and vegetables from a juicer regularly. It takes a lot of discipline, but just because you’re older, a senior citizen no matter your age doesn’t mean you have to be in pain or limited to leading an active life. Exercise and nutrition with supplementation is so important in your health.. My mother is on No prescription medication and is extremely healthy. She moves a little bit slower, but she does move and is in No Pain! She went from being pretty much bedridden to being an active 82-year-old senior because she changed her diet took supplements and started exercising and got off all prescription medication that was making her sick! We only go to the Holistic doctor once a year for blood work and it’s always normal. Anyone can attain great health if you put your mind to it stay focused and disciplined!

Took this after researching the proclaimed gym benefits. I felt I got better pumps with this and whether you need it or not it makes your pencil stand up a little sharper if ya catch my drift.

Purchased these for myself after a suggestion from my doctor. I've noticed that I seem to have a bit more energy lately since I started taking them.

Nice product but got too pricey

It's excellent; with this supplement I have erections every day, and they last quite long.
