If using two screens, 1st tv is sky, 2nd tv is blueray, what does sounds is output from the switcher via the audio/spdif? is there an audio delay?

You can select which audio source goes to the SPDIF/Toslink Output you can choose (simple two way selection), either the audio from video Output A or the audio from Video Output B
