This helps me a lot when my anxiety builds to the point that I feel a panic attack coming on. When i begin to breath irregularly, i open the stick about halfway and breath in for five seconds, i then breath outward counting to five out loud. The calming properties of lavender help along with the reminder to control my breathing. I've been able to combat my anxiety several times since using this.When you first open it, I'm not gonna lie, it has a VERY strong smell that fills the room. This is why I only open it halfway instead of breathing into the tip directly. The first few times of opening the smell is so strong it's crazy and I kind of hated it at first. After some use though, it has become a scent and reminder of calm. I love this product and will buy it again when it runs out.

I honestly love this thing. I’m new to oils and bought this before my diffuser. I have pretty bad anxiety and using this and a positive reaffirmation really make a difference for me. I cannot leave home without it. I have had this a few months now and the scent is still strong. It just has a therapeutic scent to it that really helps to calm me down when I need it. I recently bought a diffuser, maybe I haven’t used the correct oils, but it does nothing for me. I can hardly notice any scent with diffuser and no change in mindset.

I’m very disappointed in this product it’s completely dried out so you can’t even smell anything or it’s an empty I would like an address to return for a refund! Completely not ok! I’m a single mom with little money and I chose your product not ok!

This product is no miracle worker, but if used as directed it can be a powerful tool to help you manage your stress. The scent is enjoyable, but strong. If it is left in a car, purse, or drawer for long it will fill and overwhelm the object. I find it is the active of recognizing that I am beginning to be stressed out, and hitting the pause button to breath deeply from the inhaler. Rather than any particularly medicinal properties of the oils. That said, I the scent does matter. As we have all heard, "odor is the strongest sent tied to memory.", and over time this scent will help your brain remember to calm down. I stop what I am doing, pull out my inhaler, take a deep breath with each nostril, and repeat the affirmation statement. In this way I use both biofeedback and external stimuli to train my brain to relax when I tell it to!

I have been having some extreme work anxiety and and actually ordered two just because I felt like I was going to "use it up quickly". Not sure what I even thought I was getting but it looks like a solid plastic chapstick with little holes where you sniff or smell the soothing essential oils. Honestly I was a little taken aback by the smell, didn't really love it but it grew on me. And now I use it all day at work.It's worth the money to tryAnd if your like me and don't loooove the scent at first maybe try it a few times before making a final judgment call because I am so glad I had it now. Not sure when I'll even get to the other stick, I feel like this will last a while

Yes. It works. The smell is good and I think 50% of the effectiveness is getting you to breathe slow and deeply. That practice mixed with these essential oils makes for an excellent way to calm down and de-stress naturally.

I read the reviews where people say it is so strong that they really smell it when taking off the cap. Dont know if I have a dud or they reformulated these sticks but I can't really smell much at all. Very faint smell and I dont think it will have any effect on my well-being. So sad, to bad for me.

Wow! This stuff really works. I felt destressed the moment I inhaled it. It's got a nice scent, gives a relaxing feeling, not too overwhelming, and you don't get the sleepy feeling from using it. I ordered several of the ES Inhalers, can't wait to receive the rest of them. Very nice product. Thank you.

Worst product...inferior qualityt. After reading raving reviews on this product at Amazon.com site I went ahead to purchase. However the product didn't see smell like lavender etc instead the odour is pungent and give you headache. I initiated for its return the time same day but alas I was denied.
