Soft fabric, fits well
I got this to dress up at work on Halloween. I tried several other costumes, and this was the softest, most comfortable loose fitting dress. Cute and modest for work.

This costume exceeded my expectations! It was made of a thicker material, so a better quality than your average Halloween store costume. My arms are on the larger size, and I love that the arm band elastics were on the looser side. I experienced the white shoulder straps slipping from time to time, but I would rather have to safety pin them to the dress than have them be too tight. This costume is a great alternative to other costumes that are cheaply made and cost more.
