I purchased the River 2 primarily for camping and traveling for charging all my small electronics (phone, laptop, drone, etc). The unit came charged to around 28% and was quickly charged to full by household A/C outlet in about an hour. I tested all of the power out outlets and all worked great including the A/C outlets which were able to handle household lights and A/C powered charging units. The 60w solar panel that came in the kit is perfectly sized to take with for camping and is able to charge the River 2 within a few hours depending on the level of battery when you start. All in all I am happy with the unit and the ordering/shipping process with Amazon (so much so that I also ordered a Ecoflow Delta 2 Max aswell).

Worked great for lights in the tent and a fan charged 2 phones three days of use and still had more than 50% battery I have not used the solar panel yet. Good deal on sale

I bought this for craft fairs and also during recent hurricane while power was out. It works great we plug in a basic fan and it will last half a day. I plug in solar panel and even on super bright day it only pulls about 17 to 20 of energy but one basic fan pulls 45 to 50 so it doesn’t keep up. And if it’s a cloudy day it pulls even less. Not sure if a second panel would help. During hurricane Helene I would leave outside in solar power all day and couldn’t get to 100% but it was cloudy. I could I Ku get it about half but then it was enough to charge our phone and runt a tiny candor about 2 hours

I received the panels only. No battery. Just awful, now I have to go through the pain of returning it. Thanks a lot. (Update: the battery arrived a couple days later on a different package for some reason.)

First things first I believe they're specifications to be false on this listing their API reports I should have 20,000 milliamp hours of capacity at full charge wouldn't really I only get about 13000 milliamp hours at full charge when I contacted support about this they basically said oh well and refused to swap my unit with one that had the full capacity this wasn't realized until outside the return window from Amazon so I'm now stuck with the product that doesn't have its full capabilities the UPS function pretty much doesn't work at all they claim 30 milliseconds but I've tested as high as 85 milliseconds when switching from mains to battery this causes a noticeable flicker in any LED lights and causes my desktop computer to restart please do your research before buying from these people
