My Dell Latitude E5440 laptop required a barrel plug. This adapter by TASUMATO allowed me to charge the laptop using the Type C charger. It worked perfectly.I was also impressed with the quality of the adapter and its durability. I recommend it.

Get rid of your bulky Dell power brick!
Using this adapter to charge an old Dell laptop using usb-c charger. Worked like a charm! Now I do not have to carry around and even own this incredibly bulky and awkward Dell power brick. Totally worth it.

Does not work with Elite Desk / HP Elite Mini G4-G10
Does not work with Elite Desk / HP Elite Mini G4-G10. Regardless whether they use 65W ot 90W chargers. I am using a USB-C cable rated for 100W AND power blocked rated for 100W. It does not work.

Makes a noise when powered on
Used this to power a dell docking station. I hade a USB-C charger and this helped me convert the connection to a 7.4mm power input for the dell dock. Power worked great but it make a strange noise when plugged in. It was not very noticeable while using the computer, but I could hear it while trying to sleep in the same room as the computer. I ultimately decided to return this adapter.If your computer is in a different room than your computer you might be fine.
