Quality product that is easy to install in a few minutes and works perfectly. We replaced a delta soap dispenser that was hard to press. The Kraus soap dispenser is smooth in operation and appears to be solidly made.

The threaded piece where the metal nut goes under the sink is plastic; still it was a good experience but DO NOT USE a tool to tighten it of you may ruin the threads on that same plastic threaded pipe: just tighten it with your hand to the top spout - you can try hard on that - then put the rubber washer on it, drop in place and go under the sink to put the metal nut - use your hands and all will be fine. Your spouse must hold the spout from above so you can tighten the nut.When it's in place, throw away the bottle in the garbage - yes, throw that puny thing away unless you love refilling it - and install this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B095Y936D6?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsPriming it is another "procedure" ... once you have the long tube in place, do like you would do to syphon gas from a tank.. when you can see the soap very close, you are done. Just finish the installation of the long tube.It will dispense smaller amounts of soap, not like the store bought gallon, but enough.It fits quite good on a metal sink. The shaft threaded piece is 1 1/8 diameter, so plan accordingly.*** Updates... stopped working after 6 months I had to re-prime the long tube.For now we just stuffed a hand pump on a container inside the sink we will probably move on.Is there any direction to dilute the soap ???????

works better than the other top 2 name brands. K & M both broke on me, this one is much better and smoother. Get the hose to pump up the soap is well worth it. Yadrifa

Putting a detergent pump is a pain in the a.. This piece of garbage is absolute junk. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE.
