brighter and sweeter seeming than Torani sugar-free
i usually buy Torani sugar-free hazel nut but wanted to try something different. This has a brighter, happier, sweeter flavor. I enjoyed the whole bottle then went back to Torani. But i realized I missed the Syruvia so I will be ordering it again and rotating it through to change things up.

Customer Service very good but did not like the syrup at all
I'm not sure if it's because I'm sensitive to The taste but there is a very metallic bitter undertone to the syrup and I poured it out after using it twice The customer service is very good so they did offer me to try another flavor I didn't because it's probably the sweetener that I reacted badly to but if you're willing to experiment then go for it
