I used the Gen1 Apple Pencil until the charging adaptor broke and I found it a hassle to charge it directly onto the ipad. I looked for a replacement and found this. I did not have high hopes for this product because of the price...but I was pleasantly surprised at how it performed. I didn't have syncing issues like other reviewers mentioned. My ipad detected this as the original Apple Pencil and synced automatically. It is light compared to the heavy Gen 1 Apple Pencil and so comfortable to grip. So much more convenient to charge than the original too and for a lot less than the price. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase..and will purchase more for all our ipads.

Worked out of the package on a 2022 iPad Air. What's funny is how, after waiting for however long it was for iOS to catch up to pointing devices it's still slower than my old 90s Compaq PA was for hand to text conversion. Like the old Compaq it should come with a set of "draw your letters this way for best speed and accuracy" instructions. Perfect for highlighting while casting.

I like that it came with replacement tips. I’ve had it about a week now, and I use it daily for hours at a time. Battery life is great. Highly recommend especially if you’re not interested in buying the apple one.

Works as advertised. The stylus feels good in my hand and and it comes with multiple tips which is a plus. It also has USBC charging. For a fraction of the price of the Apple offering this stylus is a no-brainer and I’d definitely recommend it.

Bought for Christmas gifts to go with my boys’ iPad. They love doodling with it.

I used the pen only a handful of times and all of a sudden, it stopped working and would not turn on. It still had over half battery life and was able to charge, but would still not turn on. It was a great price and I thought I’d give it a try, but unfortunately it did not end up working after only a short use.

Amazing, worked right out of the box no special setup on iPad 9th generation...

Its magnet isn't very strong enough to hold onto the iPad. Will have more after owning It for awhile
