Organic Castor Oil Pack, Reusable Liver Detox Wrap Kit with Adjustable Velcro Straps, Ultra-Soft and Skin-Friendly Combed Cotton - Less Mess, Leak-Proof, Machine Washable (Castor Oil Not Included)

I bought this pack specifically to do liver cleanses. I am a medium sized women and I liked the velcro straps: I measured 46" across the pack body to the end of each strap, that doesn't take into account they are 'stretchy' straps so could cover a wider waist. The straps let me secure the pack close to my body to maximize castor oil contact; I could easily get up and down and the pack did not move positions until I removed it. The zippered pocket was the best part; I put a hot cotton hand towel in the pocket (dampened with water then microwaved 1 min). The towel stayed warm longer than I expected and it seemed to be waterproofed (all heat but no damp inside the pack). It's reusable but I haven't washed the pack yet; it comes with a zippered laundry bag. I plan to throw it in with a load of towels (in it's own laundry bag of course). Overall, I am very pleased with the Castor Oil Pack!

At first, I wasn't super pleased with these, as they do gape a bit, and I might have used too much oil the first time with these. I've used them several more times, and am actually liking them more as I use them. I don't find these particular knee wraps to be very absorbant, but I've found that if I massage the castor oil into my knee first, and then apply these after a couple minutes, they do work well to ensure castor oil does not get on other things as I go about activities or relax. They are comfortable and stay in place. The outer material has a coarse, oxford/canvas feel, but the inside, tape/banding, and elastic that actually touch your skin are soft and so they are not at all bothersome to wear. You do not feel the coarse canvas on your skin. The design covers the front of your knee/leg yet leaves nothing on the back of your knee at the bend, which is nice. This allows the knee to bend freely. I realize the canvas type outer material probably makes these more durable and longer lasting than those made with softer external material.The more I use these, the more I like them. As long as you don't use too much oil, I think you'll like these, too.

Big fan of castor oil and castor oil packs. These are great. Fit well, feel like good quality, good absorbency, happy with this pack set.

I've read good things about using castor oil on your abdomen for a number of health concerns so I thought I'd give it a try. Not sure how well it'll work but I can say this castor oil wrap was easy to use. It is soft, absorbed the oil well and kept it off my clothes, was easy to put on and seems like a nice quality. The most uncomfortable part were how the straps rubbed my skin when I sat down but I just folded my shorts under the strap to keep it from digging in so it wasn't a big deal. It came with a little mesh laundry bag which was a nice bonus.

They work great! I have been using the wraps for a couple days and I am very pleased with their performance.
