Helps and Speeds things up
These are the first probiotics capsules I've tried. I don't have frequency problems, just wanna help my general digestive health cause I have some food intolerance etc I've noticed these probiotics keep my gut stronger than usual for dealing with any food situations but it speeds up my natural process and change texture, so I'll be buying capsules with a lower CFU next time. Overall I find this brand and capsules a good product.
