Gentle on the system
I took a higher dose of Vit E from a different vendor and it made me nauseous. This product is gentle on my system and doesn’t cause nausea. Happy with this product…

Low dose can be taken three times daily
I found that these helped hot flashes but if I take a higher dose pill just once a day the effect wears off. Very hard to find this dose anywhere else and I don't want to take the higher dose capsules every 8 hours.
