If you are getting this to charge a dell laptop, you can see what the actual output is, by going into your bios. Press and hold F2 when you see the dell logo as you start it up. Go to battery and, it will show you that you are using a 90 watt power cord.I’ve only been using this, a few days. But, it works great! It’s a nice charger cord. Mine need to use the supplied adapter. I like how you can wrap it all back up when not in use, using the supplied cord keeper. I also like the confirmation light, on the power brick. Because you know it’s getting power. It’s not a super fast charger. But, it works. and, you don’t really want to be charging super fast anyways. That reduces you battery life over time. Due to heat buildup. Mine is also limited by the bios on my actual charging wattage. So, this exact charger may charge super fast. But, it can’t on my specific computer, due to the bios settings that I can’t change, because I don’t have the password. Not that I would change that setting though, as it does help give you the longest life cycle, only charging at 7watts. I just wanted people to be aware of this, as there may be mixed reviews based solely on peoples bios settings. And they probably have no idea about the settings. But, one person could say it charges fast, another says it charges slow. They are both right. It can only charge as fast, as it’s allowed to.

Not too much to say about those laptop charger. That works just fine for my needs. I picked up an old rugged Dell laptop and needed a charger with these outputs and this one for the bill just right. Plugged it down and it started charging right up. I like that this one's got a nice little light on there to tell me when it's working and when it's not. It arrived very well packaged and undamaged and a few short days. The construction feels very good and seems like it will last for a very long time as long as it's well care for. And also has a little adapter thing that you can plug it in two different size holes so it's actually useful for lots of different models of laptops. Overall you can't really go wrong with the small asking price on this guy and it's a solid piece that works.

So... I got a puppy, and he likes to chew things. I've been very good about redirecting him and keeping important things out of his reach. But one day, you forget... and it only takes one day.He chewed clean through my charging cable. At least it wasn't plugged in!So, I needed a replacement for my inspironn, and the cost of a new one from dell was exorbitant. I got this cord, and it's working as expected of OEM quality. No charge errors or lack of charging power. It's perfect, and exactly what you need. The price is great too! So if you need a backup or a replacement, this is the one you want!

Works well with two of my Dell Inspiron laptops.The adapter plug in to my laptop like the one from Dell which is very secure, not loosen.I like it comes with two sizes of the adapters for different Dell model laptops.It charges my laptops pretty well, but I feel like it's a bit slower than my OEM one.

I misplaced the charger for my Inspiron laptop and after a week or two of assuming it would eventually turn up I figured I better go ahead and get a new one. This one works perfectly and is for all intents and purposes identical to the one I had before. It's been about 5 weeks or so now and the old one is still m.i.a. so I'm happy I got this one!

I got this for my husband. He travels for work a lot and has accidentally left his at home, or in his hotel/workplace. He really needed a spare to keep in his luggage. This does the trick. He has had no problems with it. It works well. He has a Lenovo. It's a great spare for a great price. (He has spent $60 + on a replacement before!)I recommend!

I currently have 2 dell laptops - one with the older power cord and one with the newer (not-usbc) power cord, so to have the option to charge both with one cord is key. I do wish that we had a way to secure the adapter to the main cord, however.
