I have been using this brand all my life as has my family and the ingredients are excellent quality. It’s great value for money as they last and though the tablets are a little large , they are well coated for ease of swallowing. No taste to them and despite natural remedies not being obvious in their benefits, I know this is certainly helping me feel a lot better than I had been over the past year.

poor eating habits and trauma deplete your supply
I take this for leaky gut and autoimmune disease I have had problems with uncontrollable recurring diarrhoea. I was tested for crohns disease but I got the all clear. This tablet (I only take one a day) has taken away the sudden urge to run to the toilet and I am back to normal looking stools..........sorry if this is to much information!! I am no longer terrified of not being next to a toilet. I have read recently that its better absorbed on an empty stomach which makes sense.....these little things make a difference to its effectiveness. I have also read that L-Glutamine is One of the biggest allies in the battle against autoimmune disease, the bodies master antioxidant. Its the bodies most important antioxidant because it is made within the cell. The body produces glutathione all the time, but stress, pollution, poor eating habits and trauma deplete your supply.
