Hello and good afternoon, I got a refund do to the same fact. I company stated that the soap was too thick to be diluted with water. I tried this also. Did not work. I requested a refund. The company stated they were working on a stronger pump. Defective pump.

Q: Does the length of the nozzle measure from the center of the pump or from the beginning of the nozzle?

From the beginning of the nozzle, it length 2.95inch. From the center of the pump, it length 3.5inch.

Q: Can this soap dispenser for kitchen sink fit in our standard Faucet hole?

Yes, our soap dispenser thread pipe diameter is around 1inch, base diameter is around 1.69inch, it can fit in most standard faucet hole.
