Very inexpensive, effective way to prevent lettering from wearing on remote
The lettering and symbols on my Jeep keys wore off years ago. Luckily I remember what the buttons do, but the Camaro remote FOBs have more buttons. I've bought these covers for my last Camaro and my current one. They are thick enough to feel substantial and protect the FOB, but not too thick to fit comfortably in my pocket.These covers are inexpensive enough that I can replace them if they start to wear, but the covers for my previous Camaro looked brand new after 2 1/2 years.I bought black and blue so that I could have one fully-enabled key (black) for myself and a "teen" key (blue) to keep on the hook in the mud room.
