Item is good but it's poor packing make it damaged.packing should be improved.

The pillow is good and holds the shape. It supports the beck very well and thus keeps the posture correct and reduces the strain. It helps in bringing down the stress on neck and so allows in reduced pain. Of course this is a complement to the exercises and medication for those suffering from severe spondylitis. For those in the initial stages or those looking for a good ergonomic pillow. Go for it.

Very bad quality looks cheap toh it feels like a copy of the original pillow dont buy it

Product is good but packing was not at all good as it was not fully packed which is basic thing when you are selling something on amazon and it left with little mud on pillow cover so for that I am giving this rating
