I did a strand test that came out far too warm for my liking so I recommend adding some Aronia berry powder (you can buy on Amazon) and mixing that in. This stops the cassia pulling to gold/orange.I had previously bleached/peroxide lightened hair to a level 11/12 almost white. Really wanted to blend my roots and hated how darker box dyes looks so unnatural and kept turning my hair green.Wanting to cut chemicals out I went for this and was so worried it would be too dark or orange. It wasn’t AT ALL!May do a double treatment but its darkened my hair to blend with my roots and looks like a very natural medium to dark blonde.Have added before and after photos for reference.Definitely add more indigo powder if you want your hair to be ashier, but otherwise this packet was easy to use and very effective!I did shampoo and condition my hair after washing out which I know you’re not supposed to do, but I’m really happy with results!Hair feels SUPER silky and healthy too!

This is rubbish ! It didn’t state that it doesn’t colour greys ! Even after colouring 3/4 times ! I would like e refund please ?

Not too pleased with the herbal, grassy scent, but by gum! It works! It covered at least 98% of my greys and the colour lasts through several washes and hair looks natural.. there were no awful ammonia or peroxide smells.. no burns, no breakage, nothing; and I left it on for two whole hours! Not saying you should - but I figured let’s see how herbal and natural this is. You’ve got to do some mixing of the green powder into a paste but yeah! I was surprised at the results. Sometimes to look good, you have to try a few different things. I also ensure I shampoo with a colour-protect shampoo and conditioner by Wella or L’Oreal - but I didn’t do so for at least a week after. I don’t do a vigorous and aggressive shampooing either. Just a little blop of shampoo, rub into your palms and gentle finger-tip message mostly the ends. I think you know your own hair and scalp so what works best for you. Still.. I’ll be purchasing more in the future. By the way, the herbal powder bags do hold quite a lot. So you’ll have for at least four “dyes” if you have short hair. Listen, just try it and see for yourself. There are no harmful products to irritate your scalp or burn your ears or neck.

I tried to cancel this hair dye as i was not sure it was any good, but when it came i thought i would give it a try. Its a bit of a pain putting it onto your hair after you have mixed it as its like mud but its worth the effort as the colour is great and if you have short to medium hair there is enough dye for two times. I absolutely love this all plant-based Hair Colour. it covered my 100% grey hair brilliantly! My natural hair had red highlights. I tried this Ash Blonde to see would it tone down the red but it didn't. Nothing tones it down, the red is still lurking away in the DNA of my grey hair! (I'm in my 60s) But that's not important, the MOST important thing is that this hair colour is made from100% plants, is 100% Organic, is chemical-free and something as gentle as that covers my grey hair completely! And covered it soooo beautifully too. Fantastic. Why would anyone use chemical dyes! So delighted to have found this brand/company. Thank you! :-)

This Botanical Herbal Hair Dye Colour Ash Blonde is fantastic! Yesterday I dyed my hair and my blonde hair turned to a nice ash colour and look great with a slightly reddish tint, almost imperceptible.
