Will this fit a Tele neck Position?

These pickups are made to fit a Stratocaster style guitar. You can make it fit a Telecaster but you'll likely have to modify the pick guard. The screw holes won't line up and the dimensions of this pickup are bigger than a Telecaster single coil neck pickup.

250 or 500 k pots? And tone capacitor values? Also, how would you configure 1 extra switch (not the 5 way) to make all pickups single coil?

Definitely 500k pots with a .022 to a .033 cap. I can send you a diagram or you can just go to the Seymore Duncan site for drawings.

What does splitting the coils do ?

It gives you a strat kinda sound I'm using It with 2 hamburgers on a stratocaster but chose the 9 ohm version because I'm using it in the middle it is a very good pickup for the money you don't find many alnico v blade pickups its definitely usable.

I would like to know what is the difference in sound between 5k and 10k and 15k? Which one has more soft bass?

The higher the resistance the more bass you will have.

Excellent buy!

I was looking for a less expensive humbucking single coil spaced option for a partscaster and bought two of these. I was happy to find these pickups have a nice well rounded sound with plenty of omph paired with a standard humbucker in an HSS strat configuration. My only critisism would be that they provide countersink screws and they should really be round head screws in a strat pick guard. Easy fix with a trip to the hardware store. Theres no wiring diagram but its easy to find online. Great appearance, value, and performance for the money.
