Nice, in fact very nice
Quality product. The black material is thick, so will act as a blackout blind. Also feels strong and I don't think that they will rip. The pole is a little thin (might bend if the curtain is pulled too hard) and is a 5 or 6 piece pole. The pole slots together really easily. Havent tried fitting to a van yet but the springy nature of the pole (its extendable by twisting and a little springy) shows me it will stay up and pushed against the fasteners that attach to the walls/sides of the camper. The fixings either attach by inserting them over the top of the cars material cladding of the sides or you can screw it to the camper. The curtains join via magnetic studs. Pleased with this product, it'll work well for me. Well worth the money due to the size and quality and ease of fitting to the van.

PSA/Vauxhall combo life van perfect
I have a Vauxhall Combo Life (Peugeot and Citroen versions are the same) and the vehicle has flip open panels in the ceiling behind the drivers seat. Oddly these contain perfect attachment points for this curtain. The tubes take a moment to get the right length, but after a short fiddle I now have almost made to measure curtains fitting in the holes these flaps cover. I have no idea what the actual purpose of these are, but the curtain is a solid fit.

Not bad, but......
I installed this in my T6.1 VW campervan. The curtain is decent for the money and the size almost perfect (I found it best with the white band facing the windscreen). However the little plastic end plugs for the end of the rod were the wrong size and fall inside the tube. Secondly for my van at least the velcro is in slightly the wrong place to form a complete light seal. I suggest the Velcro on the curtain should extend upwards for two to three times as far as it does so that you could position it in the optimal position. Anyway it is easy to put up and down and pack small and is fairly effective so is a good stealth solution without messing up your van I am now waiting to see if the vendor sends me some plugs of the right size so that my van doesn't get scratched

Thumbs Up From Me
I bought these in September last year, but have only just got round to fitting them into my Range Rover Sport (a perfect fit). I have to say I'm very pleasantly surprised, they are very well made and the material is good quality too. I cannot see daylight through them. The magnetic fasteners are a nice touch - far better than many others I've seen. There are even some tie-backs so you can leave them in place if you want to. Very east to fit and a good price.

Perfect solution for a no-build camper
After pondering & designing possible van builds over more than a year, we finally bought a 7-seat Ssangyong Turismo as our regular car that could double as a micro-camper. Being a car, rather than the blank canvas of an empty van, I'm obviously more reticent about making any structural changes to the vehicle, so it still functions as a car that can carry a number of passengers and can be sold as a car if we change it in future. As a result, I wanted a curtain system that would work well, offer effective privacy and blackout qualities without having to alter the bodywork or damage the interior surfaces. This seemed to be the only curtain I could find that had a rigid supporting pole that could be installed (and removed) quickly and without making any structural changes. Due to the size of the car, I ordered a large, and it was perfect. The larger hooks to support the rod slotted easily into the plastic trim just behind the front cab seats. The plastic end pieces (one larger than the other) fit into the ends of each rod you're using (I didn't need the 3rd rod, as the car is at the lower end of the width range for this extendible curtain pole). The smaller of the two plastic end pieces is a little loose, so I'll use some contact adhesive to secure it in place, so I don't lose it. I didn't realise just how easy this would be to install and to remove when not in use. I've left the hooks in place, and the pole & curtain pack down compactly into their bag in the boot, so we don't need to have the curtains permanently in place when using the car as our daily runaround. The curtains seem to be a perfectly adequate length for our vehicle (slightly longer than the height), so if your van has full standing height, it'll probably be a bit on the short side, but I'd still argue that this is a great solution even if you have to use different curtains, and because it's just a curtain pole, you can use any curtain that either has holes to feed it onto a pole or you have curtain rings into which you can hook a standard curtain. One thing to consider is that this pole will sit at the height of the top of your plastic trim, and though the curtain extends a bit above the pole height, it may not reach the ceiling. On ours, given the height of the trim, the tinted top of the windscreen and the height of the car, no-one can see any light leaking above the curtain from outside, but with a taller van/lower trim, you might want to add some extra stiff fabric to the top of the curtain so it extends to the ceiling of the vehicle. I haven't yet added any hook & loop to the curtain/car body, but already have some in grey for various purposes, so I'll be using that, rather than the black that's included, so it blends in better with our interior. I'll also probably add extra hook & loop than provides so we can get a good light seal all the way around the sides, and will likely sew them onto the curtain, so I know they won't come off the curtain if it needs washing. As at least one other reviewer has mentioned, it might've been better if the pole had been black, so it's more invisible from outside, but to be honest, we couldn't see it through the front windows. I imagine a black coating would come off eventually. A relatively easy fix for this, if it were visible, is to add a strip of black fabric over that part of the curtain (probably just attaching it above the rings, so it's easier to feed the curtain onto the pole). This wasn't the cheapest option, but a lot better than anything else I could see (curtains on wires would sag in the middle and if I bought extending poles and blackout fabric separately, I'd likely spend as much and still be without the much-needed hooks for the trim to attach it).

Excellent!
Good fit in micro camper van (Peugeot Rifter). Privacy and black out. Very easy to fit and excellent quality. Stud fasteners in the middle are strong and magnetic. Handy velcro tabs for the edges to stick to the sides of your vehicle. I bought the longer length and they fit perfectly to block out light underneath escaping. Would highly recommend l!

So nearly good - but not
The problem with this design (which is so nearly fantastic), is that the clips that you hook the pole through are not fit for purpose - they sit at an angle, so that the bottom part of the clip ends up flush with the side of the car, so that there is actually nothing to hold the curtain pole, and it falls straight out. I can tell you that camping is no fun when it takes an hour to pull the curtains - I kid you not this is what it took. Infuriating. Especially when all it would take to fix would be a small lip so that the pole wouldn’t slip straight out (euphemism not intended). In the end I managed to kind of wedge the curtain pole in by over extending it - so it held with tension. I didn’t dare take it down again after night after night of struggling with the thing (and no it’s not great to find it has fallen down by morning) - so up it had to stay whilst i could get it to stay. Until one night it fell down again. But i never managed to get it to wedge back in the way it had before. Eventually my Dad kindly fashioned a new curtain pole out of a piece of cable and two cup hooks - and that actually works with the clips as it hooks through them properly. Problem solved. I recommend you test run it with lots of time for problem solving long before you need to actually rely on it. Small side note - I’m not sure what the point of the velcro parts at the side are, since they used the fluffy part, not the hook part?

Perfette

Works well if you have good attachment points for the fittings.
Good item but unfortunately it doesn’t fit well on my Toyota Hiace with the fittings included.
