Great mattress
The mattress is extremely comfortable and I have gotten some of the best sleep I have gotten in years. My husband and i actually went to a furniture store and laid on this mattress prior to ordering it on Amazon. The first mattress I ordered arrived damaged and the seller immediately sent another and communicated promptly with me on the return of the original item. I would definitely order from them again should I need another mattress.

Bad mattress
This Mattress has loud springs, big hump middle of mattress, very uncomfortable, I replaced my old Sterns and Foster with this new one and that was a big mistake , I really think this is not what I paid for 2600.00

Meh!
The only soft part of this mattress is the 1 to 1-1/2" foam on the top. Below that is really firm springs. I'm a side sleeper and this thing hurts my shoulders within 5 minutes. I think the softer mattress is the next grade down, the Estate class; not the LUX! Beware!

Strict Return Policy
If you do not like the mattress and decide to return it within the 100 day return window, you must bring the mattress down to the garage and put it in your own box before you initiate the return. This is very tough with a 180 lb mattress!
