Product is okay and solid but you can't use 8 inch mattress due to back cushion

The bed is really strong and looks elegant

We have received the product and some cracks on wood and one leg is little smaller where we need to do indian jugad and the complete outside frame is wood however the base (middle frame) where you put the mattress is look like compressed wood (compressed dust)and would have issues if wet.Company only delivers the product no support on installation.As we received damaged product and cracks plus one leg is small....not happy and raising for return.Even though I had raised for return Amazon come back with 7 days timeperiod to check with vendor and for my surprise if vendor approves they will initiate the refund and with this process clearly means they don't care about customer experience.I got the replacement product almost after 10+ days after regress followup with Amazon support and sellerThe faulty part is replaced but honestly seller and Amazon has not supported with any information or SLA and as a customer it's a dark period as over all wasted a month time from the time I booked this bed which was 23rd March and the issue is not 100% resolved it was partially by 23rd April.For Amazon support I want to give 1 Rating as they don't care and just don't take any responsibility even though they said refund and replacement would be easy with register vendor. I had pathetic experience with support team and I felt it's a big mistake buying this stuff from Amazon my local vendor would be giving better support.Sabta craft: my rating would be 1 star because of wrong commitment on call but no one took ownership to check on replacement and other services.the first call was superb and as a customer my experience was WoW but then understood its just gyan as after that call just to give tracking detail sabta team and Amazon took more then 8-9 days to respond even after multiple follow-up.The time is for tracking details only actual delivery differ by 6+ days as this seller is based of Jaipur and my location is Bangalore.Overall not happy with services at first place and don't recommend anyone from south to buy this product based on my experience.As if you are lucky inform to get good product you would be happy but if at all the damage product received then your patience level customer experience everything would be tested .This review is purely based on my experience with Sabta craft and Amazon support only for reference to avoid this kind of experience from seller and the platform team.

Really loved the bed wood quality, product delivery, bed assembling all too good

The bed came a whole week early. The packaging was good and robust. The DIY installation was super easy. The seller had thoughtfully supplied spanners too. The bed looks just as in the pictures. The machining is of very good quality.

Tried doing installation by myself, but the main structure holes are not aligned. Not sure what to do with it now.they don’t do proper QC before dispatching such heavy order. Delivery guys refused to deliver on 1st floor had to Cary everything by myself part by part as it was very heavy. Not satisfied.
