Solid, heavy, smooth and fairly easy installation.No low quality parts in this kit.I'm using it to hold a door that weighs about 120 lbs. and it works flawlessly.

I recently built this shed using mostly materials I already had. I needed some sort of door to keep the weather and dogs out but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I chose this one mostly because of the price but was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews saying it was difficult to install. It really was so simple. Building the door was the hard part but the instructions were fine. It was basically pictures with a few measurements but this really is self explanatory. Would definitely by again. Good solid product. By the way this door heavy.
