This is a great candy thermometer. I’ve been using that clear, glass one you can buy. I was never sure of its accuracy and my hand got so hot holding it in a pot of boiling sugar. 😂 After reading MANY reviews, I decided to buy this thermometer. I can attach it to the rim of my pot and concentrate on stirring that boiling sugar, again. 🤪 I love the digital display and the toffee turns out EVERY time.
