Steel Band / Strap Frame Clamp - Suitable for picture framing.

great bit of kit. had this a while now, its had a lot of use and still works well.

It drops a star because - as is common with these things - the angled screw for tightening the band clamp really ought to be a knurled bar or just a bolt. As it is, it tends to stick up (which is OK) or down (which needs me to turn the whole thing over). Still, no major difficulty. It's pretty sturdy, easy to use and should last for ages - the band itself is steel,so as long as it doesn't corrode, I'm happy.
