Product worked great, spikes easily penetrated the ground and rolled with ease.

Horrible product. Takes a long time to assemble and when you use it on the grass it won’t get into the dirt since it does not have a weight. We are going to return but to dissasemble it is a nightmare. Pieces of the handle won’t come apart once it is assembled.

One application has paid for the tool already.Very well constructed,Easy instructions to install.Heavy and well built.I believe it’s made in the USA. IT REQUIRES a little physical effort to push but the heavier the better.I think early morning (dew) or wet the lawn down helps! 5 stars

This is a hand rolling aerator for your lawn. The aerator is easily assembled simple tools (not included). The center of the roller is hollow so you can add to it for additional weight. The 60" long handle has two comfortable grips that make it easy to push or pull the aerator. I found it best to use the aerator after a soaking rainfall to help soften the lawn surface. Note that this aerator is a "puncture" type aerator not a "plug" type. The aerator will punch holes in the surface to let in water, air and fertilizer. The aerator is small enough to use in tighter spaces and corners that the larger aerators can't get to.Would recommend this to anyone.

Box busted. No directions. Not enough hardware included. Product seems to be heavy duty. Just wished the previous noted problems could be corrected

I had to add a rubber 25lb weight in the middle of it so that it would be easier to get the nails into the ground.

Assembling this aerator is a bit nightmarish. But once it is ready to go, it was effective in penetrating our soil here in North Texas. I did have t put a bit of muscle into it when the ground was quite dry. But after a little rain, it got a little better. I just have to find that happy middle ground of moisture/dryness in the field. It DID work pretty well in the soil in our raised garden though.

It was a little tedious to put together, because you have to put all the nails in, but it didn't take more than 30 minutes, and was otherwise pretty easy to assemble. It does a good job getting through dirt and grass if they are soft, but not as easy when they are dry and hard. We watered the yard first, and it made it a lot easier to do. You can fill the drum with heavy items to make it weigh more, which makes it easier to penetrate the ground as well. It is made with very strong steel, and is very sturdy.
