How to open the cover of the printer?

There are release levers on either side of the printer that will allow the printer paper compartment to open. They must both be pressed down at the same time.

Do you need special paper for this printer? If so where do you get the paper from?

Dear customer, The GT1 printer can support ordinary A4 paper or US Letter size paper printing, thanks for your kind understanding. Here is a product link for the glossy papers for your reference if you want to purchase it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09CL7RF9K?ref=myi_title_dp&th=1

Does it use ink cartridge or ribbon?

Hello, the MT810 printer uses thermal technology, it does not need the ribbon or ink cartridge to be printed. It needs special thermal paper to operate printing, and here is a product link about the thermal paper: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9W9MFB2?ref=myi_title_dp Hope you could kindly understand.

What is the electricity voltage?

I don't know for sure but it charges through a USB to USB C cable.
