Good budget printer
Does the job but does need to be near the router to connect. Easy set up and the print quality is as good as the Brother printer it replaced. Compact, value for money

Really pleased with buy,small,compact and easy set up.usb and wireless.Dowload Pantum app. to your phone,and you can print via.phone and check ink levels etc.A bargain price for mono laser printer!

Nice size, simple setup including wifi
Nice size, simple setup including wifi. i dropped 1 star as it is a bit noisier than my previous hp printer, but it is also excellent value and compatible toners are available for considerably less cost.

It’s ok, not the best
Packed really well and in good condition. Installation was quite straightforward once you work out the vague picture instructions. At first the app was saying that there was an error with the printer and there was no ink. It was because there was another piece of packing (black paper) underneath the toner cartridge that hadn’t been mentioned in the instructions. Linking to the printer via the printer hotspot was a bit hit and miss. Once I had chosen the printer in the list of available WiFi connections on my phone it all made sense. I printed 4 pages and then got a message saying there was a ‘middle paper jam’. Opening up the printer and trying to remove the jammed sheet was a bit difficult and it tore in several places. Other than these little glitches it prints ok and the quality of the build seems ok too. For the price of this machine it’s definitely value for money. One thing to mention, I hadn’t heard of this brand before. I was surprised to find out it was Chinese. As is frequent with Chinese suppliers, they don’t get anyone to proof read their literature or website/app instructions. Overall I am happy with the printer at the moment. For this kind of money don’t expect anything all singing and dancing.

RETURNED
The item never worked. Everything connected ok and printed as requested but nothing ever on the pages. Contacted customer services on a couple of occasions, which wasn't easy to do and took days for return communication. Each communication was less convenient than the last! Don't waste your time.

Avoid subscription fees from other printer manufacturers
No subscriptions. You buy the printer buy the ink and off you go. Great for black and white prints. Excellent for simple docs, handouts for schools or clubs and CVs & cover letters.
