I've been a competitive swimmer for over 12 years now so have worn a plethora of hats. I needed a brightly coloured one for open water swimming and this fit the bill! I've never had an arena hat before but have had costumes/goggles/bags from them with no issues. As soon as I put this hat on, I could tell it was too small for my head (for context, new hats are normally quite tight due to the length and thickness of my hair, but fit). It also felt pretty thin compared to most of the hats I've had. I had to pull down the edges for it to sit where hats normally do (ears were fully out and the hat only just covered my hairline on my forehead). Doing this at the front caused a slight rip, but the hat was still wearable. I decided to start again and turn the hat around so the rip was at the back. Putting it on again caused it to rip along the seam, rendering the hat useless. I do not recommend this hat at all. I might've had a dodgy one but I've never seen a hat rip on the first attempt of putting on. Safe to say I expected more from arena and won't buy a hat from them again.

My daughter hair still got wet. Guess we have to keep looking for a better swimming cap.

Das Silikon ist angenehm weich, gleichzeitig elastisch und lässt sich leicht aufsetzen, ohne stark an den Haaren zu ziehen. Beim Schwimmen sitzt die Kappe sicher und verrutscht nicht, selbst bei längeren Einheiten. Besonders positiv ist die Passform für größere Köpfe. Mit einem Kopfumfang von etwa 62 cm sitzt die Badekappe immer noch bequem, ohne unangenehm zu drücken oder einzuengen. Das macht sie ideal für alle, die mit vielen Standard-Badekappen Passformprobleme haben. Die Kappe hält die Haare gut zusammen und reduziert den Wasserwiderstand spürbar. Sie eignet sich sowohl für Training als auch für Freizeit-Schwimmen und ist für Frauen und Männer gleichermaßen gut nutzbar. Auch nach mehreren Einsätzen und Waschgängen bleibt das Material formstabil. Insgesamt ist die arena Classic Silikon-Badekappe eine sehr gute Wahl für alle, die eine langlebige, komfortable Badekappe mit guter Passform suchen – insbesondere auch für größere Kopfgrößen.

Es una buena gorra, no se ha puesto pegajosa con el cloro.

El gorro se ve que es de buena calidad y queda ajustado y cómodo, no se te mueve cuando nadas rápido y haces movimientos bruscos. En mi caso, me gustaría que fuese algo más corto por la parte de la frente, de manera que pueda colocármelo por fuera de las orejas en lugar de por encima. Sí es cierto que cuando llevas un rato, aprieta por la zona de las orejas si lo llevas por encima, pero eso no hace que le quite alguna estrella en la valoración. Sin embargo, un punto a favor (al menos en mi caso) es que te sueja los auriculares de conducción ósea si los usas mientras nadas, al quedar el gorro por encima de las orejas (a mi me cubre la mitad de la oreja). A mi me gusta más los gorros de goma, porque tardan más en dar de sí, en comparación con los de tela, y quedan más ajustados. En general, recomiendo su compra.
