Product not sealed, much less vacuum sealed. Cannot be fresh as I want it to be.
Product not sealed, much less vacuum sealed. It came in a bag with a loose rubber band on it. Loads of air transfer in and out of the bag.The sticker on the bag says sealed and it absolutely should be to preserve the freshness and nutrients.I would love a sealed package of Cordyceps. Vacuum sealed in the future please.

It’s all in a clump
Very nice in ramen. I bought this a 3 other mushroom types after trying them in a “nutritional” cocoa that’s supposed to help mood and thinking mushrooms are much better in soup. The only drawback is that the vacuum sealed bag made the mushrooms into a brick that was very hard to cut apart. But I got out the cleaver and went at it. I don’t soak it, just heat for the 3 minutes ramen takes.

Unfortunate
Bought 500g this product, it is high pressure packed, like a rock, there is many block dot molds on it. It already opened it and the box already through a way. Very disappointed.

Good quality, great for soups and etc
Cordyceps flower is a species of fungus and it is a popular ingredient in East Asian cooking. It is mostly used in soups and medicinal diets. It is used often by Asian nutritionists and chefs. In addition to making soup, the Cordyceps Flower can be eaten as salad. I hand pick the impurities from the cordyceps flowers first, then take the amount I need and soak it in cold water for 30 minutes to one hour. I find that I like it best when cooked with chicken soup. It is a fungus so it tastes like fungus such as straw mushrooms. It is considered a herb so I would suggest eat it in moderation.
