Great preventative
I am so glad amazon decided to offer this. It is hard to find a good 2% salicylic acid product. I do not use it just for a spot treatment but rather as a preventative all over my t zone daily. It keeps the zits away! My only minor complaint is that it is hard to get the amount you want out of the tube. Either a huge amount comes out or none comes out.

It works! On clogged pores
I really didn't think this would work but it did! I wish I'd taken before and after photos but I was certain it wouldn't work.I had some pesky bumps on my forehead. I had a complete checkup at a dermatologist and they said that the bumps on my forehead were clogged pores. THE BUMPS HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS!I just followed the simple instructions. Washed my forehead once a day and applied a thin film of this product. Not much happened for a few weeks but a couple months later the bumps are gone! I'm very happy. It works!

Amazing Spot Treatment
This is a really good dupe of the CeraVe Acne Control Gel. Nearly identical ingredients and 1/3 the price. My skin responds well to salicylic acid and niacinimide so this worked really well for me. This is a good and affordable BHA spot treatment. The glycolic acid is a little harsh for my sensitive skin, which is the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars.

Very effective, but not much in each tube
This is a effective as any topical acne treatment I have found, approximately equal to clindamycin gel. The gel substrate, of course, ensures that the salicylic acid remains on and in the skin after it dries, so it is more effective than cleansers. I wish Amazon sold larger tubes though. .75 oz of gel does not last very long when used over a large area.

Not as effective as benzoyl peroxide
It is ok. I think Clean & Clear with Benzoyl Peroxide is more effective for spot treatment. Probably wouldn't order again. I just lathered my face in it, in hopes it will help! Would be good for sensitive skin, since it isn't very strong.
