Liquid Silk Canvas, Protective, Smoothing, & Blurring Makeup Primer

I have been using this silk canvas for 7 years and I immediately reorder it as soon as I run out. It is truly the most important product in my makeup bag!! It instantly takes away excessively oily shine and gives my skin a smooth, silky finish while helping my makeup stay in place all day. I honestly do not wear makeup without it. This has become a product I cannot live without and I will continue buying it over and over again!! All I am saying is.. they better bury me in it

This is a fabulous primer! Goes on smooth as silk and makes the makeup last all day. I have used just the primer without setting spray and the makeup stayed fresh all day! It doesn't dry my skin out either, so plus points for that. It is pricey but I only use makeup occasionally so it's worth the money!

Bought this during a Prime Day sale - I usually order from Tatcha directly but I could not resist the price. I love everything by Tatcha and this did not disappoint. It does prepare my face well for makeup but is not at all greasy or heavy. As the name says, it's silky. Tatcha is the best!

I’ve been loving how smooth and soft this makes my skin look. As my skin has matured, makeup tends to settle into fine lines, but this gives such a silky finish and helps everything apply more evenly. It blurs texture beautifully without feeling heavy or drying, and my skin still looks fresh and radiant hours later. Definitely one of my favorite primers for aging skin!

While the Tatcha Silk Canvas is great for oil control and blurring pores, it didn’t work well on my skin overall because it’s too drying. If I apply it all over, my makeup doesn’t look good and can grip unevenly. I’ve found I can only use it minimally in certain areas—like my forehead, around my nose, and on my chin—where I need extra oil control. It’s a nice product for targeted use, but not ideal for my whole face.

If you’re looking for the perfect primer, stop look no further it’s so soft and it works very well. I definitely will be purchasing more when I run out.

This primer is perfect for more mature skin. It doesn’t settle into pores or fines lines. It creates a smooth surface for your foundation or BB cream. It’s a keeper!

This stuff is magic…even for no makeup days. I know there are many really good “dupes” on the market. But this is still the OG for a reason. When I fee like splurging I get this. The scent is so nice and not overpowering. And this bottle lasts me a long time since I don’t wear makeup daily. Will repurchase again and again!

It really is so fabulous. It’s the “mattifying” primer for dry skinned people. I use it all over in the summer and in targeted places through the year. After cleaning my eyebrows with a makeup wipe, I will apply the primer before my brow pencil and it lasts all day.

I LOVE this primer. My make up sets perfectly and lasts all day when using this product. It smells amazing and also makes your skin feel so soft. Worth every penny!

I really love this lightweight primer and often wear it on it's own. I was concerned at first because there is a scent and I do have a sensitivity to scented products, but surprisingly the scent dissipated quite quickly and didn't cause me any allergic reaction. I love Tacha products (incredible quality), but they are usually so expensive. Really glad to get this on sale.
