Totally useless in the UK
It's the wrong voltage and plug to be used in the UK. No idea why Amazon is selling this here....

Beautiful looking item however I didn’t realise it wasn’t an English plug ( my mistake), I’ve returned the product 28 days ago and heard NOTHING back, no correspondence no refund !!!! Don’t buy if you are in England

Very annoying!
Annoyed and disappointed that this appliance cannot be used in the UK. It was purchased as a present so is doubly disappointing. I can’t even return it to the post office but will have to make a trip out to our nearest UPS drop-off point. Why on Earth was the fact that it can only be used overseas not mentioned in the product description?

Unsuitable for using in UK
I live in the Uk - the mixer took ages to come and when it did - it had a USA plug - which is useless here. I did buy it from the UK site. MOST disappointing. I have returned it at a cost to myself back to the USA and still not received a refund. Never Again.

Not suitable for U.K.
Had to return - really disappointed as I got it for a Christmas present and when opened it has a US power cord. Amazon uk should not be selling it.
